All on Guide is the surgical guide design department for dental laboratories and implant clinics. You send the case (CBCT DICOM, intraoral STL scans and the prescription), we return an interactive 3D plan, then validated, print-ready or mill-ready STL files with production notes for your printer or mill. What we design: - Regular guides: single and multiple implants, tooth / mucosa / bone supported, 2 to 3 business days - Stackable guides: full-arch All-on-X with our patented magnetic snap-to-fit retention, resin or Co-Cr, 4 to 6 business days per set - Zygomatic guides: quad zygoma and hybrid cases, dimensioned for milling in medical-grade titanium, 5 to 7 business days - Patient-specific subperiosteal and maxillofacial implants, plus FEA and research support through our engineering team 20+ years of CAD/CAM medical device design, 10,000+ planned cases, two revision rounds per case, HIPAA-compliant case handling.
