Patient-specific subperiosteal implant (SPI) for severely atrophic maxilla or mandible: designed on the patient's own CT / CBCT anatomy, produced in medical grade Ti6Al4V, delivered as a single-stage, custom-made solution when grafting or multi-stage conventional implant protocols are not suitable.

SPI configurations: maxillary SPI, mandibular SPI, hybrid SPI (combined with zygomatic or pterygoid anchorage), revision SPI after failed implants or grafts.
What we need from you:
- High resolution CT / CBCT as raw DICOM
- Full arch intraoral scan or denture reference, with antagonist where possible
- Clinical photos, soft tissue notes and the prosthetic target (temporary plan, loading expectation)
