What is included:
- Segmentation and anatomical modelling from CT / CBCT (mirroring of the healthy side where relevant)
- Implant / plate design with the surgeon: load-bearing vs contour, screw plan and load distribution
- Material selection guidance: Ti6Al4V, PEEK, PEKK or CoCr according to the clinical goal
- Digital preview and revision round before approval
- Additive manufacturing (DMLS / SLM for titanium, machining or printing for PEEK / PEKK), post-processing and dimensional QC
- Optional biomodel for test fit, cutting / placement guides, delivery ready for sterilisation
What we need from you:
- High resolution CT / CBCT as raw DICOM
- Facial photos, intraoral scan or surface reference where relevant
- Defect boundaries and surgical goal in the surgeon's notes; previous implant or plate information if any
20+ years in patient-specific implant and CAD/CAM medical device design, in-house design and 3D printing.
Starting price covers design and planning; production, material and guides are quoted per case after the design review. Typical delivery is 7 to 15 business days.
