What is included:
- Digital implant planning on your CBCT + intraoral scan (STL/PLY/OBJ), matched to the prosthetic target
- Guide types: pilot, fully guided (sleeve based), tooth supported, mucosa supported (with fixation pins), bone supported, bone reduction
- Compatible with common sleeve and guided kit systems; sleeve and offset defined per your implant system
- Planning preview shared for your approval before production
- Printed in medical grade resin, autoclave compatible (134 C), shipped with instructions for use

What we need from you:
- CBCT as raw DICOM (multi-file folder or zip), not a viewer export
- Intraoral scan with antagonist and bite record where possible
- Wax-up or prosthetic reference for partially edentulous cases; denture reference for full arch cases
- Implant brand, system and preferred guided kit

Background: 20+ years in CAD/CAM medical device design, 10,000+ planned cases, in-house design and 3D printing. Design-only delivery (STL for local printing) is also available on request.

Starting price is per single implant guide; multi-implant and full arch guides are quoted per case.
