This case involved the digital design of four anterior zirconia crowns from 12 to 22 on prepared natural teeth, designed in Exocad 3.3.
The case required careful control of tooth shape, width, incisal length, contact areas and the relationship between the four restorations so they could work as one consistent anterior setup.
Before the final zirconia restorations, a try-in was produced and evaluated at the dental office to verify the design clinically. The different color visible in the photo comes from the try-in material and does not represent the final zirconia shade.
I have over 2 years of hands-on CAD/CAM experience and have worked on crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays/onlays, temporary restorations, implant-supported cases and full-arch designs for dental laboratories and international clinics.
