This case involved the digital design of two anterior zirconia crowns on prepared teeth, 21 and 22, in Exocad 3.3.
The main challenge was the existing spacing in the opposite anterior quadrant. For teeth 21 and 22, I had to reduce and redistribute the visible spaces while avoiding oversized or unnaturally wide crowns. The design required careful control of tooth width, contact areas, incisal proportions, morphology and the relationship with the neighboring teeth.
The final design was created to improve the continuity of the anterior segment while preserving realistic proportions and a natural appearance.
I have over 2 years of hands-on CAD/CAM experience and have worked on crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays/onlays, temporary restorations, implant-supported cases and full-arch designs for dental laboratories and international clinics.
