Upper FP1 Full-Arch Zirconia Design – Exocad

This case involved the final digital design of an upper FP1 full-arch zirconia restoration in Exocad 3.3.
For this specific case, the clinician requested this particular tooth shape, pronounced separations between the teeth and a clear FP1 configuration. The design was developed around those exact requirements, with attention to tooth position, symmetry, morphology, gingival emergence, occlusion and the relationship between the restoration and the soft tissue.

The design was completed in approximately 1.5 hours. After review, the clinician approved this setup for the definitive full-zirconia restoration.

I have over 2 years of hands-on CAD/CAM experience and have worked on full-arch, crown and bridge, veneer, temporary and implant-supported cases for dental laboratories and international clinics.
